Most sponsors wouldn't respond to this.. First off the "support" person has no idea that they are broken, they just forward the email/problem to a tech. If the tech tests it and it works for him and/or he doesn't know how to make it work - it will stay broken.
Either way, the support person probably never gets a clear answer back so they can't answer you.
or... the problem was corrected and still the support person doesn't know and even if they did, the 10 day sit took the techs to figure out, the support person long forgot about you.
