That's ridiculous, the guy paying $1000/month for hosting should always get priority over some guy with a $19.99 virtual plan. Not just because the host is making more money, but because if the $1000/month guy's stuff goes down it's costing a hell of a lot more every minute. Not saying the other guy should get poor service, but definitely shouldn't expect the same.
The guy staying in a luxury suite at the Hilton gets more perks than 10 guys crammed into a hostile, that's how life works and that's how hosting works.
That said, I had a virtual plan with webair 10 or so years ago, worked great for a long time then the HD failed and I lost everything and had to reupload. I also had a dedicated server for a couple years without a problem.
