Indeed. They shouldnt offer virtual if they cant fully support it.
I've had a small server with Webair just to try them out for my design portfolio and it took AGES to set up my server and they wouldnt even answer my ticket. So I closed the account which took ages again.
I switched to
www.reliablehosting.com a while back and they offer excellent support, even tho I have a small hosting package. This is the type of company that will get a lot of money from me in the long run.
