Fletch,
you getting Vitamin B, not Vitamin B12 in soy milk, and even when you do, it's vitamin B12 FORTIFIED, it is not natural.

Also,
I am not a vegan, but...
more and more I eat RAW food. We grow our own sprouts,
so....
you and Cherry are not the only food nuts around here
;)

Also...we still drink a bottle of wine every day,
