Good character doesn't equal sales per say but I much rather have a webmaster with good character than a webmaster with the so called "list". I feel im pretty ethical and wouldn't even considering hiring someone if they claimed to have a list.

I know this thread wasn't about that more so about keeping webmaster lists and certain company information private and backed up but I find their is a fine line between what to keep confidential and what the affliate manager should know to help him close the account.
