It's not something I'd ever do in my personal life, but selling the consensual fantasy has never posed a problem for me morally.
To each their own. As long as both parties are comfortable with the actions taking place, than that is all that matters.
P.S. I'd probably be into personally it if my 2 inches of dangling terror could actually get anywhere near a gag reflex. Hahah!
