i contacted live support twice about this issue. the problem is there is a manager assigned to every new work order. no one is allowed to work on orders but him. mike had to change my manager assigned to this work order so it could be done asap because mine was not around and i didn't receive a reply from him for more then 24 hrs.
everything has been sorted out and my new server is live - thx again mike!
