I see the same as a company saying we are the only ones who can bid on our domain name, our affiliates can not bid on our domain name. I don't think that is cool, but they aren't fucking anyone with a decission like that.

I think it is pretty close to stealing if they can offer a lot more free content direct to the surfer or allow only certain affiliates to do so openly.
This is basically taking sales away from affiliates.
Say if Clickcash paid me the same as you but my surfers didn't need to enter CC info to join. Would you say "not cool but up to them" or would you be screaming foul. Not the same situation but I hope you see where I'm coming from.
or if you went to Ifriends directly, not thru' an affiliate link they would give you a 10 hour credit if you signed up there... would your sales be affected?
Basically what I'm saying is it doesn't seem fair for a company to be directly offering so much free content to surfers but not letting all it's affiliates do the same. I don't see that the same as non compete on domain name and other keywords.
Also as was stated earlier it seems weird that a company would let its content be used and be quite happy with other companies banners on the same page?
Seems it would have the same negative affect on us as affiliates as a torrent site or illegal tube site that has content for free that we are trying to get the surfer to pay for would have.
Yes I need to "evolve or die" etc not saying I'm not but it appears in this particular case the affiliates are being cut out of the deal.
