Well that is the answer to everything of course but doesn't really address the problem. The definition of stealing also varies with how you look at it. Most concerns affiliates have with sponsors are indeed about being
fair rather than the sponsor doing something
illegal and are posted in the hope (sig views aside) that the sponsor will correct the problem or at least explain their position so that the affiliate won't have to drop them or other sponsors doing the same thing.
I would like to hear Webcams.com reasoning behind the site. If the site was in the affiliate tools area as a ready made cobranded tube site with randomized videos with my codes etc I would love it but I'm lazy like that. They've been on the cutting edge before with the ability to customize feeds and videos better than anyone else so who knows maybe this really is a "test" of some sorts.
Actually that will probably be the next thing lazy affiliates are demanding from sponsors. It only took most of them two to three years to provide rss feeds or even hosted blogs so expect most sponsors to have plug in tube sites for affiliates sometime around 2010... if there are any non dating/cam sites left by then that is
