I made a decision to never use the card again (I was swiping the fucking thing all over the place, spendingWAY too much because I knew it was there lol!)

So I cut the card up... and the NEXT DAY they charged me $35 for a renewal! And a new one was in the mail!!!! (Pure coincidence.)

Epass mail support is the WORST ever, but at least you can sit on hold for a half hour and get it taken care of. They canceled the card and refunded the fee.

in a left handed kind of way :P
