Tip: Learn Wing Tsun
within 6 months of training you can defeat yourself quite good. I have a friend who has been doing Wing Tsun for over 20 years. He once got attacked by two turkish guys because he tried to help a women who they molested. He broke one guys skull and the other one's splines with his hands.
