I'm 21 and have never been on a plane, but I have a buddy in college who is interning for a company in Japan (he's an aerospace engineer) and their setting him up with a company car and living arrangements so I'll be seeing him this spring for my first ever plane trip!!! Woooooo!! Basically just gotta pay for the ticket and nothing else (if you know of a good site to go through, let me know).

Where did you go when you lost your plane virginity?

And what should I expect in Japan if any of you have been there?
