if you buy 100 yearly one way hardlinks from 100 people for $10 each, that would cost you $1000. Then you would have 100 sites linking to you.
You would need to monitor the backlinks for websites who remove your link.
You would then need to find new sites to buy more links.
and repeat that process while keeping your site updated.
