i sold this guy a blog with handwritten posts and he said he didn't like it after 24hrs so first he files a claim with paypal then i contacted him about the refund and getting my domain back.
he gives me my domain back and i refund him 100%
about a week or two later i found one of his sites with the database from the blog i sold him. basically he was suppose to delete al the files associated with the blog i sold him after the refund but instead he used it for his other domain.
