but if that is the definition of 'fetish' than 'fat girls' isn't a fetish either because there are lots of men who dig fat girls but they can still get it up for other types of women. And there are men who can only be aroused by fat girls and men who are only interested in 'teens'.

what this definition of 'fetish' implies is a dysfunction, an obsession. And i don't think the majority of fetishists are that dysfunctional that they can't get aroused unless whatever their fetish is is present. I'm sure a percentage of fetishists become so obsessed with their fetish that they can only think about that fetish but definitely not all of them, maybe not even the majority of them.
