Ok knowing that I do a lot to fight content theft zango and a variety of other things. I can list a number of content stores that will sell content for this type of use.

As far as the Peter North video goes, that don't mean anything. I can list dozens of Peter North DVD's that you can purchase for pretty much any type of use.

Going over this site I'm finding nothing wrong with it. Shap has had a busy name on here recently, so a lot of people are gunning for him. I think in this situation someone has jumped the gun.
