I'm totally against stolen content, but only when I see proof. Show me a video with a watermark on a page linking to someone else (as is rampant on other tube sites), and I'll be kicking Shap in the ass with the rest of you.

I spent a bit of time looking over gaytube, I was hard pressed to find anything over 3 minutes long, and the stuff that was, was very generic. I can list a number of content stores that will sell content for this type of use.

As far as the Peter North video goes, that don't mean anything. I can list dozens of Peter North DVD's that you can purchase for pretty much any type of use.

Going over this site I'm finding nothing wrong with it. Shap has had a busy name on here recently, so a lot of people are gunning for him. I think in this situation someone has jumped the gun.
