Technically (correct me if I am wrong lawyers o gfy) by them removing that content sans dmca, and if it was truly user submitted would constitute them moderating the content, therefore bypassing them from the 2257 loophole on user submitted content.
Think someone REALLY needs to layout why tube sites are allowed to operate without documents. Lot of confusion about it without question.
