Well it's certainly one of those grey areas that happens in adult and on the internet when a new medium of communication is opened... takes a while for the dust to settle and a protocol to be established. Sure does throw back to the early days of TGP when everyone screamed about them being hotbeds for stolen content and it was up to the people who ran the sites to figure out how to deal with the mess.
