I now screen all incoming videos. this screening process started about two weeks ago. if a video looks like a potential copyright violation I contact the user that submitted it and request more info. the first 4 months were spent working on the script. all efforts were spent trying to keep the script from crashing. it took time but we finally stabilized it and integrated a sponsor tool which is doing very well. gaytube is converting at 1:140 with gaygravy and our overall average is 1:350 to all sponsors.

there are many companies that upload their own videos just for the exposure via the watermark. i am working on a tool where these companies can upload to a special area.
