Due to the portability of IP addresses, and the fact that NATS doesn't actually do anything with the IP but pass it to the biller, and record it, that's probably not gonna happen in NATS.

NATS stores the IP address as a large numeric number, rather than the dotted quad, natively, so given the IP-to-country or a MaxMind database, it may be technically possible (easier this way); I am just stating that I don't know if it would be very feasible.

GA I know you know NATS v3 very well but NATS v4 is a ground up rewrite that does many things NATS v3 doesn't do and does many things it does even better.
NATS v4 has full country tracking (a database such as MaxMind is required of course)
