Right... If you didnt already know, man you would be surprised what can be pulled off with a big wad of cash. After all, only people actually guilty to a crime wind up in jail right?
Same as that Reno 911 show, they pay off a bunch of cops, drive into the ghetto and have them arrest a bunch of people.
