I know you're trying to be constructive and I appreciate it. I have no desire to attempt to "be nice" to will tho. This is not the first time he's gone off on things and gone about them wrong.

No offense John, but once again YOU are the one who looks to be handling this wrong. Sometimes it's better to just step back and keep your mouth shut...or hire someone who doesn't get upset when confronted about being wrong.
