See, not only do I know more about taking care of the body than you, I'm probably in much better shape than you, I can probably run circles around you too.
So while I'm out running my 12km, I'll be laughing about you drinking cayan pepper, lemon juice and syrup and thinking you're making yourself more healthy.

Hmm i really believe you train 4 hours a day.

There will be no damage done to my body, i'm healthy and in shape. the only cirlcles you'll be running is your fingers around the chocolate donut with sprinkles your holding in your had
