Maybe retarded was a bit too harsh, it just makes me angry when I see people fall for this ridiculous stuff. Let's put completely aside for second vitamin and mineral requirements, which by the way is nowhere near met by this insane "cleanse" and focus only on macro nutrients.

You realize your body requires carbohydrates, fats and proteins on a daily basis, right?

Do you really, really, really think it's a good to starve your body of those and supply only simple carbohydrates? No, it's silly. No real nutritionalist would tell you otherwise. There's much better ways to eat as a lifestyle for your health and weight than this craziness.

Listen to yourselves.. "After a few days you can surpress the hunger pains". Just think about that, just for a second. Your body is not only talking to you, it's fucking screaming. Listen to it.
