will is a great guy and does a lot for the industry, but any idiot knows that a lot of the issues going on with nats deal with pending litigation or even if they don't can't be brought up on boards due to lawyers recommendations, and pushing the issue is just an idiotic move, especially when john would probably be more than happy to chat privately about it all
