If you want something healthy that you can drink, here is my recipe for a banana blueberry smoothie:
Blend:
1 cup of fat free milk
1/4 cup of crushed ice
1/2 a fozen banana cut up into slices
1 large handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Its delicious on a hot day!

Thanks Jim, thats pretty much my breakfast and after workout drink daily. homemade shakes are great for you yes.
