Judging by your previous post in this thread, you're an idiot and I shouldn't even waste time on you. However, I'll try and explain it to you just once.
The things you named are what gives porn sites a bad rep when it comes to trustworthiness. Those things cause people to be wary of visiting porn sites, trusting porn sites with their creditcard data, etc. Definitely a bad thing, but not half as bad as what sites like this one do.
I am fairly certain you are about 20 years old, and don't have children. You see girls like even the younger ones on this site as "fair game", which I suppose is normal.
The problem is that many older people, who may have daughters themselves, see girls like the younger ones on this site as children, and they freak out when they see a site like this.
In a world where anything even remotely related to cp drives people into a murderous frenzy, sites that feature both UNDERAGE girls as well as PORN ads are obviously a very dangerous thing - especially when the sites being advertised are part of the "mainstream" adult industry, and reflect upon the industry as a whole.
Judging by your earlier comment about how these girls probably aren't even virgins, you probably don't care a great deal about (underage) teen sex or (underage) teens being shown in sexually suggestive poses, at least when they're not being exploited.
Lawmakers and judges do care a great deal about these things, though. And lawmakers and judges matter to this industry. Laws like 2257 hit the industry as a whole.
