There's not a lot of offerings for purely gay video chat companies, however many of the top webcam sites have gay performers and/or gay-specific domains.
In no particular order, I'd suggest looking at:
Video Secrets (Flirt4Free) - You can find the gay performers from the home page (There's a tab to switch from Girls to Guys and Trannys)
PussyCash (IMlive) - Has both straight and gay sections, and a Gay subdomain they market directly.
Money Tree (Streamen) - A gay/straight guy version of their main Streamate site.
Adult Webmaster Empire (CameraBoys) - Spin-off of their flagship LiveJasmin site.
