May I offer some advice here.

Besides longing to be shipped around as "Traffic" and going WOW!!!!at amazing design skills, the surfer (with money) wants to jerk off and for that he needs THE RIGHT CONTENT.

So may I suggest you look around the net for the companies that supply the content, quality and style matching the niches you're aiming at. Then read their contracts.

What you will find is the ones who are sticking to their guns over prices and deals are the ones with good content that either does not need to be sold on price or is not being bought by everyone.

As for what is meant by custom and exclusive, this can be discussed with the provider concerned. Anyone telling you have exclusive Internet, while they retain magazine rights is not being 100% truthful. All magazines worth sellijg to are looking at the net now and buying "Non Exclusive Internet rights"

But get the right content before you buy the deal.

With us for "Custom" we sell only digital images, unless someone orders otherwise, and you get all rights on the set.
