If you can believe it, I used to weigh 205 lbs. I was a real fatass and then I went on this insane diet and lost 50 lbs in 4 months. Since then I just watched what I ate and managed to keep it off (most of it). I tried the protein shakes for a bit and those things tasted weird, left a film in your mouth and makes you feel bloated and gassy all day.
WG
