Of course it's hazardous. All porn is to some degree hazardous. Someone could slip on a tube of lube. AIM aren't always current. Someone could rip a vag, or tear an anus. There are many hazards. His shoots may be a bit more dangerous than others sometimes, but if the girl isn't comfortable with it, she can simply not take the check and not do the scene.
