I think some people here need to realize people have different tastes. Plenty of guys and girls get off on these sort of fantasies, and the number of women is probably a lot higher than you think. To the rest of the public, porn is porn, and it's not really fair to start picking and choosing which niches you will support and which you will not.
The girls who participate in the extreme videos are generally told beforehand what will happen, and check off a list of things they will do and will not do... I don't know about every producer, but the ones I do know show them an example video of the type of content. They sign the release forms after, they do the video interviews stating they are there of their own free will, and they gladly cash their larger-than-average checks.
How about the other end of the spectrum? A lot of people think solo teen sites with ambiguous age props (teddy bears, lollipops, pigtails, etc) are just as bad, if not worse.
