The girls who participate in the extreme videos are generally told beforehand what will happen, and check off a list of things they will do and will not do... I don't know about every producer, but the ones I do know show them an example video of the type of content. They sign the release forms after, they do the video interviews stating they are there of their own free will, and they gladly cash their larger-than-average checks.

How about the other end of the spectrum? A lot of people think solo teen sites with ambiguous age props (teddy bears, lollipops, pigtails, etc) are just as bad, if not worse.

You raise some valid points.

I will say that personally, I do not like Max's stuff at all. I find it very disturbing. With that said.....

I was telling my girlfriend about a couple of videos I've seen recently where the girls were getting slammed in the ass while the guy was stepping on their head at the same time. I expected my girl to less than excited about the idea but she surprised me and said: "That could be fun." She then went on to say that many of the girls she talks to are into things like that and that even she would like to be forced into a rough situation from time to time.

I know a couple of girls who shot for pissmops.com a few years ago. They each claimed to be paid $500.00 for them to fuck/suck and be pissed on and in their mouths. Again, not my cup of tea so to speak but they seemed OK with what they had done and didn't complain about the shoot at all.

People have argues that Max is not looking out for our industry but only covering his own ass. Although I believe that to be 100% true, the flip side of it is the effect that it HAS had on our industry. It's brought negative publicity, as if we needed more of that, but it's also helped to establish precedent for the legal system that does in fact help ALL of us regardless of his actual intent.

It's very easy for a model to say that she was forced into things once her family and friends find out what she has done. That's even more true when you are dealing with extreme content like this. However, in this specific video, you can see where the girl says she needs to stop and then there is a cut in the footage where Max clearly did stop and then then started again. The whole intro is obviously more or less ad-lib and acting. Anybody who thinks that she is actually describing her childhood is a complete moron.

A few years ago I was hanging out with "California Pimp" (netvideogirls.com) His site concept is based on girls who answer an ad for Bikini models and so forth then he talks them into fucking on camera. He told me he has had to move a few times because of pissed off boyfriends who found out about the site and believed that it was all real. Guys who would simply not believe that their girls would do porn without being tricked into it. I actually shot one his scenes for him so I have first hand knowledge of how the setup went both on and off camera.

Somebody also mentioned that as pornographers we are all viewed in the same light, whether it be Max or Lightspeed.....And they are right. You don't need to compare he two types of content because as far as a non-porn person is concerned, it' all smut and we are smut peddlers.

There are people like Max who push the extreme limits and then there are people who shoot softcore stuff while providing cocaine to their models on and off set. Is one worse than the other?
