I am all for free speech, and I have seen plenty of Max Hardcores stuff around before. The issue for me here is NOT the pissing and simulation rape, but the fact that they are openly discussing the rape of EXTREMELY underage girls in the process of doing so. Say it's all fantasy and scripted and whatever until you're blue in the face, but fact is, people don't just talk about raping 10 year old girls while the fuck some little chick in the ass for a paycheck and walk away thinking nothing of it like it's their job. He clearly has a thing for rape sex and humiliating young girls. If it were legal to shoot with 10 year olds, I don't doubt that you'd see old Max slapping some of them around and "simulating" their rapes too. Say that he's fighting for freespeech all you want too, but all he's fighting for is himself, and his legal right to play out his fucked up fantasies without facing legal action. Content like this gives the industry a real dirty face for antiporn activists to put on all us if they choose to do so.
To everyone who uses the free speech argument in favor of Max, consider this. Say that tomorrow I hire an 18 year old model and dress her up in typical schoolgirl attire, pigtails, so on. Then I shoot a video where I throw her in a van off the street by a school, drive her to the desert where I shoot a simulation rape scene, slapping her around and doing whatever cruel ass shit I think will work to make it realistic. Then we simulate a rape/murder where I cut her head off and sodomize the corpse. I throw this video up on schoolgirlrapemurder.com and sell it. Are you going to stand up protect my right to create this shit and scream freespeech still? In this industry there has to be a point somewhere where a line is drawn. I don't know where it needs to be drawn, but I'd say it hits somewhere before repeatedly saying you're going to rape a 10 year olds ass during a simulation rape scene though.
If a model wants to drink piss and get slapped around for a paycheck, thats her choice, but I don't think there's any reasonable excuse to bring some of the topics in this particular video into an adult production. Another odd question I have is this. Say a model signs a release cor contract she's going to be in a rough simulation rape scene and halfway through realizes she's in way over her head. What's stopping these guys from actually continuing on with raping her. How is anyone going to be able to tell the difference when the film is aired? She's basically signed away her rights to some guy to fuck her up how ever hard, rough, and nasty he sees fit to do so, and what the hell can she say afterwards? Seems like a perfect legal cover for a rapist to do his work to me...
In summary, the only people I see defending this are people who shoot some fucked up disgusting shit, or who makes money off fucked up disgusting shit. Max isn't doing and great fight to defend the freed om speech protecting any of our rights. He's looking out for himself, and in a small way it's rubbing off for a few other people producing similiar stuff. If everyone involved is consenting to it, I say fuck it, go for it. But bottom line is that this video went way over the top with the pedo comments, and in making the pedo comments I think max outdid himself as standing up and making it public that he indeed has some pedo thoughts floating about up in his head. Way to go buddy.
I could give a fuck what anybody thinks about my opinion of it. I think it's overboard, and out of line, and as for free speech as I am, I think there are certain things (like these pedo comments in the video) which should be kept out of porn by legal restriction.
