WHat I want to ask is if you have tried a bulk email company that uses targeted double opt-in lists, to promote your website?

I am looking for a reputable bulk emailer who has legit lists, who doesnt spam, who will provide stats, and who can demonstrate a reasonable ROI.

Have any of you had experience with such a company?
