Conventional business owners don't sell the business based on net, premiums are paid based on gross. Asking price depending on industry is gross x premium (2 times, 3 times, 4 times...)
If you want my sandwich shops I am not going to sell it based on net I am going to sell it to you for 2-3 times of gross.
