This is the american way to make it rich!! Sue someone that creates something that is profitable. I do not get how people have so much time to sit in court and deal with all of this bs. Why is this on the boards in the first place? Well to get some drama going on the boards, but besides that it doesn't help the case.
TMM will now pursue this to clear their good name and also waste alot of $ on the lawyers to fight it. You got to love conducting business in the adult world.
