It's been my experience that many of the sites that choose not to display addresses on their site do not use prefixes like support, webmaster, feedback, etc. They do this because they're either a) trying to avoid spam, or b) don't want people e-mailing them. I needed a reliable address that's why I asked
BTW, I don't suppose you have an answer to the first part of my question, since you seem to know it all?
