the exit pops are a separate issue and the implementation wasn't done correctly. That's not a 5 minute fix.
As for the content, I really don't have answers for you as yet, it's a contractual matter, and again, not a 5 minute fix. I'm sorry we don't have something for you. I'm not making money on search traffic.
