The sponsor is Just Teen Site.. In the past they gave you the option to pick either or.. You could select to use them or not when using their gallery export tool. Typically I get my galleries from their e-mails and the links come not encrypted.

However I must have deleted or not gotten the weekly e-mail last week so I went to the site to use the gallery export tool. However it seems to only give you the base64 option now. So I'm wondering if there is some reason to use it?
