Socialist beuracracies dont work. For every person who does need welfare as a helping hand there are tons of deadbeats and welfare mothers popping out ten kids.

Last I checked this was a capatilist society. It is not the governments money. If there was less taxes, I would donate to local charities that do a good job and would produce results, rather than sinking it into inefficient federal programs.
