I agree that a lot of people kiss Steve's big, shiny, white butt in this forum, and while I shake his hand when I see him at various functions in and around Phoenix, I'm not really a close friend, nor do I have an agenda here...other than the truth.
I'm also friends with Aaron, but certainly not good friends, but we say "hey" when we run into each other at shows...which is usually once a year in Phoenix.
From 2002 to 2005, I shot in Phoenix almost entirely, and I shot a lot of the models that Steve shot; these same girls went on to shoot hardcore, and when/if they did, I worked with them.
In the midst of a shoot, small talk and gossip always goes down, and not once did any of these girls have a single bad word to say about Steve, whether it was something common ("ew, he's a creep!") to stories about drugs and/or alcohol on his sets.
I'm not saying Aaron's lying, either.
I guess it's all I'm saying is it's just a shame to see two prominent guys in our industry going at it like we're in middle school all over again.
