The another problem is, that EP virtual visa isn't accepted at many places. It's almost impossible to buy content with it.
And Electron Card, charging $2 per transaction+fees to the ATM owner, looks little bit overpriced to me. When I'm using my bank's debet card in foreign country to take money out of ATM, it charges me about $1.80 incl. ATM owner fees.

Cashing a US check costs me about 15$ in fees so 2$+some is peanuts for me  I'm happy with this... |
