I agree completely. I'm 32, and it's much different now than it was in my 20's.
Anyway, if you mean a bar setting or some other social setting with other people around, I feel women tend to be attracted to guys that they sense are confident. I don't mean the type of guy who is the loudest of a group, or cocky, but the confidence you can just sense from people. Confident people carry themselves well and it shows. Two guys standing together, each equally attractive, I guarantee a woman will always aproach the one that is confident.
But as far as one on one situations, or a first date - it's definitely intelligence. Looks of course play an important role, but will only get you so far with a good woman.
