One reason to go with NetFlix is that Blockbuster is known for editing movies. That's a huge pet peeve of mine. Fuck censorship.
I've been a loyal customer of NetFlix since 1999. I typically get shipments in about 1-2 days. Their customer service rocks, and I've only had 1 issue with them in all these years. ...and they handled that issue like a champ.
