Certainly economic power is
locally superseding the concept of state; especially where you live. However it is alive and well in the US, China, Japan and elsewhere. NAFTA certainly hasn't prompted much discussion of one currency or the kind of integration the EU has had.
In military power NATO and the security council have had only limited ability to coordinate and act as the state actors behind the organizations are still dominant.
As far as political power, it is mostly still attached to states with the addition of the UN.
I guess "when" is a good question on that but it might be 1000 years as well as 100.
