Your boss, Donny Long, is what most people would call superfluously stupid, a mental midget of minute proportions, and a man who operates on the fuzzy logic of "duh." It has been shown time and time again that Mr. Long is one of those "should be seen, but not heard" individuals because, after all, the organ he's been so successful with hasn't been the one between his ears.
Since you have spelling, grammar, and intelligence that's far beyond what Mr. Long displays, it might be in your organization's best interest to have you as a company representative on GFY, or perhaps in all written and spoken communications in any circumstance with anyone in any situation at any given time. It might also be wise to contact an esteemed individual, such as Baddog, for public relations services.
I'm sure that your burgeoning business is fantastic and will soon be a solid mansion of wealth, but your boss has emblazoned a reprehensible veneer of a tenement on your operation that unbannings, apologies, and bribes will not be able to strip. Take this advice to heart, and explain - in simple words no longer than five letters each - to Mr. Long that his boorish nature will eventually sink his ambitions.
