Then let me rephrase my questions:
A. Had Germany not exist, would WWI have happened?
B. Had Germany not exist, would WWII have happened?
C. Had Germany not exist, would there have been a Nazi party?
D. Had WWII not happen, would Western Europe (excluding Germany, ironically) have that many Muslims today?
