If this happens to be about the screen caps of your content that we're using on the Ultra MPEGs tour due to a previously arranged agreement, there's no sense in sending a C&D, as a simple request to remove images will suffice. With that said, the tour is being redesigned as we speak, hopefully the new tour will be up tomorrow.
